Michelle Bonat, CEO and Founder
A second time CEO, Michelle has 20 years of experience in marketing, enterprise applications, analytics and social media. She has a successful track-record of launching and scaling B2B technology products and solutions in high-growth markets. As a social media and online marketing expert, Michelle's prior experience includes leading Oracle's $50 million self-service web applications Financials/CRM suite, driving the first on-demand mid-market applications and monetization of the supplier network at Ariba, and directing marketing and product groups for several high-tech startups. Most recently she led a social media marketing consulting firm, and created the successful award winning online social game stompBox Tunes which became a top Facebook application.
An analytics geek and prior money-center banker, Michelle has an undergraduate degree in English literature and an MBA in Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management, both at Northwestern University.
Stephan DeRodeff, CTO
Steve has 25 years of technology and operations experience, including deep technical CRM SaaS expertise. He has over a decade of experience managing network architecture, engineering, product development and operations for large enterprises, service providers, and startups at the senior executive level. Steve led the development and deployment of the Cloud9Analytics CRM web 2.0 SaaS application suite. He was the first CTO for Bridgeway Systems and the Senior Vice President of Engineering at ThinkLink which was acquired by Microsoft. Steve created the Oracle Communications Applications Division where he led 120 engineers and product managers and delivered 11 products in a year and a half including the CRM domain.
Steve has a BSEE degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Steve Bennet, CFO
Steve is founder and managing director of Bodega Partners, a venture catalyst and management consulting firm aiding early-stage companies in strategic planning and business development. At Bodega he has helped 75+ companies meet their strategic and financing goals, and taken the CFO role in more than 15 of these companies, including Fliqz, Orbital Data, iControl Networks, Valchemy, Rentals.com, and GolfWeb. Steve is on the faculty at San Jose State University, teaching Entrepreneurial Finance, and a Steering Committee member for the Silicon Valley Center for Entrepreneurship. He is an active angel investor and is a member of Sand Hill Angels. Previously, Steve was a venture partner at Outlook Ventures and held various financial management roles at firms including Arthur Andersen.
Steve has an economics degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from The Anderson School of Management at UCLA. He is a licensed CPA. |
